l\u2019\u00e9quipe int\u00e9rieure utilise la puissance de l\u2019imagerie mentale pour aider la personne\n          \u00e0 ressentir du soutien, identifier ses ressources et d\u00e9velopper une relation plus apais\u00e9e avec diff\u00e9rentes\n          parties d\u2019elle-m\u00eame.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          Il consiste \u00e0 imaginer plusieurs figures internes : une version plus accomplie de soi, des gardiens,\n          des pr\u00e9sences bienveillantes, des figures de sagesse ou encore des guides spirituels, selon les croyances\n          et les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences de chacun.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <div class=\"inner-highlight\">\n          <p>\n            L\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas de cr\u00e9er une fuite dans l\u2019imaginaire, mais de permettre \u00e0 Il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire\n              que tout soit clair.
