<div class=\"emdr-container-wrap\">\n\n      <div class=\"emdr-card\">\n        <h2>R\u00e9sum\u00e9 clinique<\/h2>\n        <p>\n          L\u2019exercice du conteneur \u00e9motionnel est une technique de stabilisation utilis\u00e9e dans la phase\n          de pr\u00e9paration en EMDR. Il aide le patient \u00e0 cr\u00e9er mentalement un lieu, un objet ou un contenant\n          dans lequel il peut d\u00e9poser temporairement des \u00e9l\u00e9ments perturbants qui ne peuvent pas encore \u00eatre\n          trait\u00e9s compl\u00e8tement en s\u00e9ance.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          L\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas d\u2019effacer, de nier ou de refouler les \u00e9motions. Il s\u2019agit plut\u00f4t de soutenir\n          la capacit\u00e9 du patient \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 distance certaines pr\u00e9occupations, images, sensations ou affects\n          jusqu\u2019au moment o\u00f9 ils pourront \u00eatre abord\u00e9s dans un cadre th\u00e9rapeutique suffisamment s\u00e9curis\u00e9.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <div class=\"emdr-highlight\">\n          <p>\n            Le conteneur est une ressource de r\u00e9gulation. Il permet au patient de reprendre un peu de contr\u00f4le\n            sur ce qui d\u00e9borde, tout en maintenant l\u2019id\u00e9e que ce qui est d\u00e9pos\u00e9 pourra \u00eatre retrouv\u00e9 et travaill\u00e9\n            plus tard, si cela devient cliniquement pertinent.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"emdr-card\">\n        <h2>Indications en pratique EMDR<\/h2>\n        <p>\n          Cet exercice peut \u00eatre propos\u00e9 lorsque le patient pr\u00e9sente des pr\u00e9occupations envahissantes,\n          des images intrusives, une activation \u00e9motionnelle persistante ou une difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 quitter la s\u00e9ance\n          avec un niveau de stabilit\u00e9 suffisant.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <ul class=\"emdr-list\">\n          <li>Avant un retraitement, pour renforcer les capacit\u00e9s de stabilisation.<\/li>\n          <li>En fin de s\u00e9ance, lorsque certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments restent activ\u00e9s.<\/li>\n          <li>Entre deux s\u00e9ances, pour aider le patient \u00e0 g\u00e9rer une d\u00e9tresse ponctuelle.<\/li>\n          <li>Dans les situations complexes, lorsque tout ne peut pas \u00eatre travaill\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement.<\/li>\n          <li>Lorsqu\u2019un patient a besoin d\u2019un rituel mental clair pour diff\u00e9rer le traitement d\u2019un contenu perturbant.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n\n        <div class=\"emdr-highlight\">\n          <p>\n            Chez les patients pr\u00e9sentant une dissociation importante, l\u2019exercice doit \u00eatre introduit avec prudence,\n            en v\u00e9rifiant que la mise \u00e0 distance ne renforce pas l\u2019\u00e9vitement, la coupure \u00e9motionnelle ou la perte de contact avec le pr\u00e9sent.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"emdr-card\">\n        <h2>Script th\u00e9rapeutique propos\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n        <div class=\"emdr-steps\">\n\n          <div class=\"emdr-step\">\n            <h3>Pr\u00e9senter l\u2019exercice au patient<\/h3>\n            <p>\n              Le th\u00e9rapeute explique l\u2019objectif de l\u2019exercice avec des mots simples, en insistant sur le caract\u00e8re\n              temporaire et r\u00e9versible de cette mise \u00e0 distance.\n            <\/p>\n            <div class=\"emdr-script\">\n              \u00ab Je vais vous proposer un exercice que vous pourrez utiliser pour mettre temporairement de c\u00f4t\u00e9\n              certaines pr\u00e9occupations ou perturbations qui ne peuvent pas \u00eatre trait\u00e9es maintenant. Il ne s\u2019agit pas\n              de les faire dispara\u00eetre, mais de les d\u00e9poser dans un endroit mental s\u00fbr jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que nous puissions\n              y revenir dans de bonnes conditions. \u00bb\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n          <div class=\"emdr-step\">\n            <h3>Cr\u00e9er le conteneur<\/h3>\n            <p>\n              Invitez le patient \u00e0 imaginer un objet, un lieu ou un contenant capable de recevoir des \u00e9l\u00e9ments difficiles.\n              Le contenant doit \u00eatre suffisamment solide, stable et contr\u00f4lable.\n            <\/p>\n            <div class=\"emdr-script\">\n              \u00ab Prenez un moment pour imaginer un contenant. Cela peut \u00eatre une bo\u00eete, un coffre, une pi\u00e8ce,\n              un tiroir, un coffre-fort, un sac, ou tout autre objet qui vous semble adapt\u00e9. Il doit \u00eatre assez facile\n              d\u2019y d\u00e9poser des choses, mais suffisamment s\u00e9curis\u00e9 pour que ce qui y est plac\u00e9 reste \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur\n              jusqu\u2019au moment o\u00f9 vous d\u00e9ciderez d\u2019y revenir. \u00bb\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n          <div class=\"emdr-step\">\n            <h3>Renforcer l\u2019image sensorielle<\/h3>\n            <p>\n              Lorsque le patient a choisi son conteneur, aidez-le \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser l\u2019image en mobilisant plusieurs canaux sensoriels.\n            <\/p>\n            <div class=\"emdr-script\">\n              \u00ab Observez sa forme, sa taille, sa couleur, sa mati\u00e8re. Remarquez s\u2019il est lourd ou l\u00e9ger,\n              lisse ou rugueux, chaud ou froid. V\u00e9rifiez aussi comment il s\u2019ouvre et comment il se referme.\n              Prenez le temps de rendre cette image aussi claire et stable que possible. \u00bb\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n          <div class=\"emdr-step\">\n            <h3>D\u00e9poser les perturbations<\/h3>\n            <p>\n              Demandez au patient d\u2019identifier ce qu\u2019il souhaite d\u00e9poser temporairement : une pens\u00e9e, une \u00e9motion,\n              une image, une sensation corporelle ou une inqui\u00e9tude.\n            <\/p>\n            <div class=\"emdr-script\">\n              \u00ab Maintenant, voyez si vous pouvez d\u00e9poser dans ce contenant ce qui est trop pr\u00e9sent pour le moment :\n              une inqui\u00e9tude, une image, une \u00e9motion, une sensation, ou tout autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment qui n\u2019a pas besoin d\u2019\u00eatre\n              trait\u00e9 tout de suite. Vous pouvez les d\u00e9poser un par un, \u00e0 votre rythme. \u00bb\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n          <div class=\"emdr-step\">\n            <h3>Fermer et s\u00e9curiser le conteneur<\/h3>\n            <p>\n              Le patient imagine ensuite qu\u2019il referme le contenant. L\u2019id\u00e9e n\u2019est pas d\u2019interdire l\u2019acc\u00e8s au contenu,\n              mais de le rendre disponible plus tard, dans un cadre choisi.\n            <\/p>\n            <div class=\"emdr-script\">\n              \u00ab Lorsque tout ce qui doit \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9 l\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9, vous pouvez refermer le contenant. V\u00e9rifiez qu\u2019il est bien ferm\u00e9.\n              Vous pouvez ajouter un verrou, une cl\u00e9, un code, une protection ou toute autre forme de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.\n              Et vous pouvez garder \u00e0 l\u2019esprit que ce contenu pourra \u00eatre rouvert plus tard, lorsque ce sera le bon moment. \u00bb\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n          <div class=\"emdr-step\">\n            <h3>Observer l\u2019effet sur l\u2019\u00e9tat interne<\/h3>\n            <p>\n              Invitez le patient \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier ce qui change dans son corps, son niveau d\u2019activation ou sa sensation de contr\u00f4le.\n            <\/p>\n            <div class=\"emdr-script\">\n              \u00ab Maintenant, prenez un moment pour observer ce qui se passe \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de vous.\n              Est-ce que quelque chose change dans votre respiration, votre corps, votre tension ou votre niveau de pr\u00e9sence ?\n              Il n\u2019y a rien \u00e0 forcer. Nous observons simplement l\u2019effet de cette mise \u00e0 distance. \u00bb\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n          <div class=\"emdr-step\">\n            <h3>Installer l\u2019autonomie<\/h3>\n            <p>\n              Demandez au patient de refaire mentalement une partie du processus seul, afin de renforcer sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser l\u2019exercice\n              entre les s\u00e9ances.\n            <\/p>\n            <div class=\"emdr-script\">\n              \u00ab Je vais maintenant vous proposer de refaire bri\u00e8vement l\u2019exercice par vous-m\u00eame, sans mon guidage d\u00e9taill\u00e9.\n              L\u2019id\u00e9e est que vous puissiez l\u2019utiliser en dehors des s\u00e9ances, lorsque quelque chose devient trop pr\u00e9sent\n              et que vous avez besoin de le mettre temporairement de c\u00f4t\u00e9. \u00bb\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"emdr-card\">\n        <h2>Utilisation avec stimulation bilat\u00e9rale<\/h2>\n        <p>\n          Certains th\u00e9rapeutes peuvent associer l\u2019exercice \u00e0 de courtes s\u00e9ries de stimulations bilat\u00e9rales lentes,\n          par exemple lorsque le patient renforce l\u2019image du contenant, le sentiment de contr\u00f4le ou l\u2019\u00e9tat de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          Cette utilisation doit rester ajust\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat du patient. Il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019ouvrir un retraitement,\n          mais de soutenir l\u2019installation d\u2019une ressource de stabilisation.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <div class=\"emdr-highlight\">\n          <p>\n            Si l\u2019activation augmente fortement, si le patient se coupe de ses sensations ou si des \u00e9l\u00e9ments traumatiques\n            \u00e9mergent de fa\u00e7on trop intense, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de ralentir, de revenir au pr\u00e9sent et de renforcer l\u2019orientation.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"emdr-blue\">\n        <h2>Point de vigilance clinique<\/h2>\n        <p>\n          Le conteneur \u00e9motionnel doit rester un outil de r\u00e9gulation, et non une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019\u00e9vitement syst\u00e9matique.\n          Son usage est particuli\u00e8rement utile lorsque le patient a besoin de diff\u00e9rer un contenu perturbant,\n          mais il doit s\u2019inscrire dans un plan de traitement coh\u00e9rent.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          Lorsque certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments devront \u00eatre trait\u00e9s ult\u00e9rieurement, le th\u00e9rapeute pourra guider le patient\n          pour rouvrir symboliquement le conteneur, ne reprendre que ce qui est pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre travaill\u00e9,\n          puis refermer le contenant apr\u00e8s la s\u00e9ance.\n
