r\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle\n        avant, pendant ou entre les s\u00e9ances EMDR.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section class=\"lieu-section\">\n    <div class=\"lieu-wrap\">\n\n      <div class=\"lieu-card\">\n        <h2>Pr\u00e9sentation clinique<\/h2>\n        <p>\n          Le lieu ressource, parfois appel\u00e9 lieu calme ou lieu s\u00fbr, est un exercice utilis\u00e9\n          dans la phase de pr\u00e9paration en EMDR. Il aide le patient \u00e0 cr\u00e9er, dans son imagination,\n          un espace associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un \u00e9tat de calme, d\u2019apaisement, de confort ou de stabilit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Pour certains patients ayant v\u00e9cu des exp\u00e9riences traumatiques, le mot \u00ab s\u00fbr \u00bb\n          peut \u00eatre difficile \u00e0 utiliser, voire peu accessible. Il est donc pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de laisser\n          le patient choisir le terme qui lui convient : calme, agr\u00e9able, tranquille, stable,\n          confortable ou ressour\u00e7ant.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <div class=\"lieu-highlight\">\n          <p>\n            Le lieu ressource n\u2019a pas pour fonction d\u2019\u00e9viter les \u00e9motions difficiles.\n            Il permet au patient de retrouver un \u00e9tat interne suffisamment stable\n            pour poursuivre le travail th\u00e9rapeutique dans de meilleures conditions.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"lieu-card\">\n        <h2>Objectifs th\u00e9rapeutiques<\/h2>\n        <ul class=\"lieu-list\">\n          <li>Renforcer les capacit\u00e9s de r\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle.<\/li>\n          <li>Aider le patient \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre qu\u2019il peut influencer son \u00e9tat interne.<\/li>\n          <li>Pr\u00e9parer les phases de retraitement en consolidant les ressources.<\/li>\n          <li>Favoriser le retour \u00e0 un \u00e9tat plus stable en fin de s\u00e9ance.<\/li>\n          <li>Offrir une strat\u00e9gie utilisable entre les s\u00e9ances en cas de d\u00e9tresse.<\/li>\n          <li>D\u00e9velopper progressivement un sentiment de contr\u00f4le et d\u2019autonomie.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"lieu-card\">\n        <h2>Script th\u00e9rapeutique<\/h2>\n\n        <div class=\"lieu-steps\">\n\n          <div class=\"lieu-step\">\n            <h3>Cr\u00e9er l\u2019image du lieu<\/h3>\n            <p>\n              Invitez le patient \u00e0 imaginer un endroit r\u00e9el ou imaginaire dans lequel\n              il se sent calme, apais\u00e9 ou suffisamment bien.\n            <\/p>\n            <div class=\"lieu-script\">\n              \u00ab Prenez un moment pour laisser venir l\u2019image d\u2019un endroit dans lequel\n              vous pourriez vous sentir calme, tranquille ou simplement un peu mieux.\n              Cela peut \u00eatre un lieu r\u00e9el, un souvenir, ou un endroit enti\u00e8rement imagin\u00e9. \u00bb\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n          <div class=\"lieu-step\">\n            <h3>Explorer les sensations visuelles<\/h3>\n            <p>\n              Aidez le patient \u00e0 rendre l\u2019image plus vivante en observant les d\u00e9tails visuels.\n            <\/p>\n            <div class=\"lieu-script\">\n              \u00ab Regardez autour de vous dans ce lieu. Remarquez les couleurs, la lumi\u00e8re,\n              les formes, l\u2019heure de la journ\u00e9e, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments pr\u00e9sents autour de vous.\n              Est-ce un endroit ouvert ou ferm\u00e9 ? Y a-t-il quelqu\u2019un, ou \u00eates-vous seul ? \u00bb\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n          <div class=\"lieu-step\">\n            <h3>Mobiliser les autres sens<\/h3>\n            <p>\n              Invitez le patient \u00e0 enrichir l\u2019exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 travers l\u2019ou\u00efe, l\u2019odorat,\n              le go\u00fbt et les sensations corporelles.\n            <\/p>\n            <div class=\"lieu-script\">\n              \u00ab \u00c9coutez les sons pr\u00e9sents dans cet endroit. Remarquez aussi les odeurs,\n              la temp\u00e9rature, le contact de votre corps avec le sol, le si\u00e8ge ou l\u2019environnement.\n              Observez comment votre respiration et votre posture se modifient lorsque vous \u00eates l\u00e0. \u00bb\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n          <div class=\"lieu-step\">\n            <h3>Identifier une phrase ressource<\/h3>\n            <p>\n              Demandez au patient de trouver une phrase courte associ\u00e9e \u00e0 ce lieu\n              et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat interne recherch\u00e9.\n            <\/p>\n            <div class=\"lieu-script\">\n              \u00ab Si ce lieu avait une phrase, quelques mots simples qui r\u00e9sument ce que\n              vous ressentez ici, quels seraient-ils ? Par exemple : \u201cJe peux respirer\u201d,\n              \u201cJe suis calme\u201d, \u201cJe peux prendre mon temps\u201d, ou une phrase qui vous appartient. \u00bb\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n          <div class=\"lieu-step\">\n            <h3>Renforcer l\u2019ancrage<\/h3>\n            <p>\n              Invitez le patient \u00e0 revenir pleinement dans le lieu ressource en r\u00e9p\u00e9tant\n              sa phrase int\u00e9rieure. De courtes stimulations bilat\u00e9rales lentes peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es.\n            <\/p>\n            <div class=\"lieu-script\">\n              \u00ab Gardez l\u2019image de ce lieu, les sensations qui l\u2019accompagnent et votre phrase ressource.\n              Laissez votre syst\u00e8me enregistrer cette exp\u00e9rience de calme ou de stabilit\u00e9. \u00bb\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n          <div class=\"lieu-step\">\n            <h3>D\u00e9velopper l\u2019autonomie<\/h3>\n            <p>\n              Demandez au patient de retrouver son lieu ressource par lui-m\u00eame,\n              sans guidage d\u00e9taill\u00e9.\n            <\/p>\n            <div class=\"lieu-script\">\n              \u00ab Maintenant, je vous propose de retrouver ce lieu par vous-m\u00eame,\n              en reprenant l\u2019image, les sensations et votre phrase ressource.\n              L\u2019objectif est que vous puissiez utiliser cet exercice en dehors des s\u00e9ances. \u00bb\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n          <div class=\"lieu-step\">\n            <h3>Tester avec une l\u00e9g\u00e8re perturbation<\/h3>\n            <p>\n              Proposez au patient d\u2019\u00e9voquer une contrari\u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cente de faible intensit\u00e9,\n              puis de revenir volontairement \u00e0 son lieu ressource.\n            <\/p>\n            <div class=\"lieu-script\">\n              \u00ab Pensez bri\u00e8vement \u00e0 une petite frustration r\u00e9cente, quelque chose de mod\u00e9r\u00e9.\n              Puis, lorsque vous \u00eates pr\u00eat, revenez dans votre lieu ressource et observez\n              ce qui change dans votre corps et dans votre niveau de tension. \u00bb\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"lieu-card\">\n        <h2>Utilisation avec stimulation bilat\u00e9rale<\/h2>\n        <p>\n          En EMDR, de courtes s\u00e9ries de stimulations bilat\u00e9rales lentes peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es\n          pour renforcer l\u2019association entre le lieu, les sensations corporelles et l\u2019\u00e9tat \u00e9motionnel\n          recherch\u00e9.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <p>\n          Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de rester sur des s\u00e9ries br\u00e8ves, par exemple quelques tapotements altern\u00e9s,\n          ou de proposer au patient d\u2019utiliser le butterfly hug s\u2019il le conna\u00eet et s\u2019il le tol\u00e8re bien.\n        <\/p>\n\n        <div class=\"lieu-highlight\">\n          <p>\n            L\u2019objectif n\u2019est pas d\u2019ouvrir un retraitement, mais d\u2019installer ou de renforcer une ressource.\n            Si l\u2019activation augmente, le th\u00e9rapeute ralentit, revient au pr\u00e9sent et v\u00e9rifie la stabilit\u00e9 du patient.\n          <\/p>\n        <\/div>\n      <\/div>\n\n      <div class=\"lieu-blue\">\n        <h2>Point de vigilance clinique<\/h2>\n        <p>\n          Certains patients ne parviennent pas imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 imaginer un lieu calme ou agr\u00e9able.\n          Dans ce cas, il est possible de partir d\u2019un d\u00e9tail tr\u00e8s simple : une couleur, une sensation,\n          une posture, une image neutre ou un souvenir tr\u00e8s bref.\n        <\/p>\n        <p>\n          Chez les patients pr\u00e9sentant un traumatisme complexe ou des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes dissociatifs,\n          l\u2019exercice doit rester souple. Le th\u00e9rapeute v\u00e9rifie r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement l\u2019orientation dans le pr\u00e9sent,\n          le niveau d\u2019activation et la capacit\u00e9 du patient \u00e0 revenir ici et
